We have a core belief that we are all created with a purpose and that God equips us with the gifts and traits we need to accomplish that purpose according to His will (that's actually how F1 came about... more about that later). With that core belief in mind, and through many personal and extended business experiences, Kristin realized that businesses must operate with a purpose-driven mentality to experience growth and longevity in this ever-changing economic landscape. Culture is king in our economy, and we believe the only way to create the culture you truly want is to begin with a strong foundation, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
When a company knows who they are and what they desire to accomplish with their business, then that business is not only poised to make true impact externally but also impact their internal culture for the positive with employees who are FOR the business and advocates of the brand! Our goal with F1 is to help business owners better communicate who they are, what they are for and how they are going to get there… that’s where foundational success begins!
Kristin Demos wears many hats in both the business and nonprofit sectors, bringing her passion for strategic planning and community engagement to every role she takes on.
In addition to her role at F1, Kristin serves as the Vice President of Brand and Marketing for Demos Brands, a prominent family of restaurants including Demos’ Restaurants, PDK Southern Kitchen & Pantry, and Demos Family Kitchen. Her expertise in brand development and marketing strategy has been instrumental in shaping the success of these beloved establishments.
Kristin's commitment to the Rutherford County Community began when she worked for United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties as the Campaign and Communications Director, as well as Interim President. She became further in the community by serving as a Campaign Manager in several local elections.
An active participant in the Rutherford County community, Kristin currently sits on the Board of Directors for Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and is a founding board member of Liberty’s Station. She also dedicates her time to Charity Circle and previously held the role of President of the Junior League of Murfreesboro and St. Thomas Rutherford Foundation.
Beyond her professional and volunteer endeavors, Kristin is known affectionately as the "Queen of the Quackers" for her spirited involvement in organizing the annual rubber duck race, racing over 15,000 rubber ducks down the Stones River for the Child Advocacy Center of Rutherford County.
Kristin is supported in all her endeavors by her loving family. She is married to Peter Demos, and together they are proud parents to Jamey, a senior at Samford University, and Karys, a junior at Auburn University. The Demos family are active members of World Outreach Church.
Alicia is a proud Nashville native and MTSU alumni. She wears many hats as a professional marketer and dedicated community activist. She attributes her success at managing multiple priorities to the fact that she was “groomed in a corporate office that often changed destinations mid-flight.” Her fervent dedication to uplifting her community is evident through her involvement with various non-profit organizations.
Currently, Alicia holds the role of Vice President on the Executive Board of Amelia’s Closet Social Enterprise. Since 2019, Alicia has contributed her expertise as a member of Impact100 Nashville, volunteering on the advisory board and concurrently as the social media coordinator. Her passion for Impact100 spurred her to establish the Rutherford County chapter of 100 Women Who Care alongside five other dedicated women. She has been a Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation Ambassador and Rutherford Cable member since 2018. Alicia is a firm believer in the power of collective action. She champions the notion that communities hold the key to driving positive change and that collective giving dismantles barriers when individuals unite for a common cause. When not immersed in her volunteer efforts, Alicia actively supports small businesses in the historic community of Main Street Murfreesboro, further demonstrating her commitment to grassroots initiatives.
She received the 2017 National Engaged Leader Award and was nominated for the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award in 2021 and 2023. She received the Above & Beyond Award, & the Rising Star Award from Rutherford Cable. In 2022, she was honored as a Tennessee Adult Honoree for the Governor's Volunteer Star Awards, further highlighting her dedication to service and leadership within her community.
In addition to her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Alicia finds solace in nurturing her passion for gardening, often seen planting flowers or enjoying the serene waters of the lake. However, her greatest source of happiness stems from cherished moments spent with her husband, Robert and their loving family.
